NY Style Bagels - Salt

Toasted one this morning and the crust had that perfect crackly chew, which is rare for gluten free. The salt flakes are genuinely coarse and bright, so a little sprinkle goes a long way. I’ve already eaten three this week.

The salt packet being separate is actually genius—I can control the crunch on every bite. Baked these for my brunch spread and they had that proper NY chew without any gluten-y heaviness.
