Bagels estilo NY - Todo

These arrived and I immediately sliced one for a schmear. The garlic and onion hit right away, but there's a nice sweetness under all that salt that I wasn't expecting. Toasted up crisp on the outside, chewy inside, exactly what I needed for breakfast.

The seed mix is seriously generous—every single bite has that poppy seed crunch and salty garlic kick. Toasted one this morning and the outside got perfectly crispy while staying chewy inside. Exactly what I've been missing since leaving the city.
